I had an emergency at Ridgewood Oaks. There was a gas leak. Nicor could not find any leaks at the connections into the building. They shut off the gas and said that the association is required to hire a plumber to break into the walls and check the connections. Called Flader. Spoke to Barb and explained the situation. As we spoke, they were on their way to help with the situation. The fact that they willingly jumped in to assist is awesome. Recommend using them as much as we can.

A long-term commercial customer needed an upgrade on their air quality system.It required two 20-ton and two 10-ton Carrier units mounted on the rooftop, plus piping and custom sheet metal inside their manufacturing center.
