I discovered a plumbing leak from my first floor bathroom dripping into the basement. Flader was able to come quickly. The problem was diagnosed and remedied within the hour. They understood the gravity of the situation and dealt with it professionally and courteously. Excellent service from the moment of my call to the project completion.

TESTIMONIAL

Laura J., Homeowner, Evanston

Karen S., Homeowner

We recently remodeled a bathroom that would require a plumber during demolition and then install new fixtures after the tiling was done. We contacted Flader Plumbing and Heating on the advice of a neighbor and are pleased to post this recommendation. From the initial on-site visit to scheduling, demolition, ordering new fixtures and installation, every one we dealt with was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous and got the job done as promised – with special thanks to the plumber, Jeremy. We have no doubt we will call Flader Plumbing and Heating first the next time we have a project.

Matt, Evanston

I just wanted to express my delight having someone with the skill set of my recent Flader technician, Greg. Greg did outstanding work he did for me in Evanston. Both were difficult projects. One was a knuckle buster valve, shower and cartridge job and the other was putting new Chicago faucet cartridges in 1910 fixtures! He got both projects done with efficiency and care.

Flader Goes Skyward

A long-term commercial customer needed an upgrade on their air quality system. It required two 20-ton and two 10-ton Carrier units mounted on the rooftop, plus piping and custom sheet metal inside their manufacturing center. The Flader Team went skyward with a huge crane to land the units on the rooftop. In just 2½ days, the transformation was completed.Click “See our Work” to view more success stories.
